For the opening sequence of the final episode of Todd Sampson’s Why?, the animation is driven by the sensation of free fall, an intense sense of speed paired with moments of controlled descent, gliding through a variety of spaces, architectural forms, and 3D objects. A warm red journey, enriched with strong shadows and bold contrasts, highlights shifts in scale, evoking a childlike sense of play. The result is a composition filled with fun, adrenaline, and a real-world flight experience that inspires each moment.
